About Us

     Betty and I have been working in Real Estate for the past 20 years. Most of it in the local area between the college towns of Hanover and New London - commonly referred to as the Dartmouth/Lake Sunapee Region. As a NH/VT Broker I have also been involved in Vermont Real Estate.
     We live in the planned community of Eastman. It's just off I-89, Exit 13. We are also fortunate to have outstanding golf, skiing, and other lake recreation opportunities near by. Our local economy includes a number of successful businesses, and our hospitals and colleges also offer opportunities in a variety of ways. Mary Hitchcock Hospital is nationally renown.
     In working with Buyers we've represented first time home buyers, professional people and retirees. In the process we have made every effort to give them a careful overview of the options available and the material necessary for an informed decision. Once a decision is made we then oversee every step of the buying process in an effort to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
     As Seller's agent the key has been to establish proper market price and necessary data to support the decision. Like all market pricing Real Estate markets do change and we make every effort to stay current in an effort to stay ahead of the curve. We are very well aware of how essential Real Estate transactions are to Buyers and Sellers. In all the years that we have been in business our goal has been to have successful and satisfied clients. We worked very hard toward that end.
